Seattle Home Maternity Service & Childbirth Center
The SHMS Childbirth Center has one birthing suite located in the lower level of the clinic. Designed like a mother-in-law apartment, it has a cozy, informal look. It is equipped with a kitchenette, birthing room, deep soaker tub and shower, and a "living room" area. A second room with a comfortable Murphy bed is available upstairs for initial triage or postpartum recovery if needed.
